Give a bonus directly to a player
Credit a bonus straight to one player for the casino, the sportsbook or both, and deactivate any bonus a player holds.
What it's for
Support and VIP managers can reward or compensate a specific player on the spot, without creating a campaign, and sports bettors get a bonus they can actually use on sports.
What you get
- One-off bonus for a single player
- Platforms: Casino, Sportsbook or both (Casino by default)
- Deactivate any active bonus on a player's account
- Restricted players cannot receive bonuses
Where to find it

- Or Admin → Bonuses → Bonus Schemes → new Direct bonus → Platforms
