What it's for
Set your payment policy yourself instead of handling it case by case in the withdrawal queue. Test a rule on real players in the simulator or in shadow mode, see what it would have done, then switch it on. Players with a clean payment history can earn a trust level that gives them lighter checks.
What you get
- Global payment limits per currency: smallest and largest payment, and per hour, day, week or month
- KYC gate: require verification and an approved document before withdrawing
- Blocks & risk: blocked accounts, per-player payment blocks and multi-account checks
- Trusted Traffic: trust levels earned from real payment history, with lighter rules per level
- Limit rules to players who joined after a date you choose

How to switch it on
- Admin → Payments → Payment Rules (Overview, Payment methods, Method offers, KYC gate, Blocks & risk, Simulator, Kill switch)
- Start in Payments → Simulator to try a real player against your rules, then move rules from Shadow to Enforced with Engine Mode
- Admin → Payments → Trusted Traffic to set how players qualify for a trust level; see a player's level under Players → Player Listing → open a player → Info → Payment Trust
- Ask us to switch the engine on for your brand. Your admin role needs access to this screen — ask us and we'll grant it.
