Per-player payment limits and blocks
Set payment limits, block deposits or withdrawals, and override payment rules for a single player.
What it's for
Sometimes one account needs different treatment: a lower deposit cap, a hold on withdrawals during a review, or a higher limit for a trusted VIP. Do it for that one player, with a reason recorded, without changing rules for everyone.
