Block a single player from signing in, depositing, withdrawing, playing casino games, betting on sports or receiving bonuses, each on its own.
What it's for
Responsible gaming, fraud and KYC cases rarely call for a full ban. Stop just the risky action, record why, and the player sees a clear, polite message instead of a failed action.
What you get
- Separate switches for sign-in, deposit, withdrawal, casino games, sportsbook and bonuses
- One 'block all' switch for urgent cases
- Sportsbook-only block that leaves the casino open
- Bonus restriction stops new bonuses while existing ones run
- Reason, admin and time recorded on each restriction
- Players see a translated message and are asked to contact support
