Smart provider routing
Players pick a simple method such as UPI QR or bank transfer, and the platform chooses which of your providers processes it, based on routes you set.
What it's for
If you run more than one provider for the same method, you can balance volume, favour the best success rate or the lowest fee, and move traffic away from a provider that is having trouble. You add or swap providers without changing the player's cashier.

- Four ways to split traffic: in order, by percentage, best success rate or lowest fee
- Provider health measured from real transactions, with an alert when a provider keeps failing
- Method tiles are hidden when no provider can take the payment

How to switch it on
- Admin → Payments → Provider routes to build routes; switch routing between Live, Shadow (test) and Off at the top of the page
- Admin → Payments → Providers for provider health, fees, limits and where each provider may be used
- Admin → Payments → Routing decisions to see where each payment went and why
